Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On April 6, 2020, the Company issued the news release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 providing a business update related to COVID-19, which business update included the affirmation of the Company’s previously announced guidance for the first quarter ended March 31, 2020 and the withdrawal of its previous full year 2020 outlook due to the evolving economic uncertainty related to COVID-19.
