BT GROUP PLC ANNUAL REPORT 2024

BT Group plc announces that its Annual Report 2024 (the Annual Report) and the Notice of meeting 2024 (the Notice) have been published today and are available on its website at bt.com/annualreport

A copy of the Annual Report, Notice and proxy form for the BT Group plc Annual General Meeting 2024 have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism

The BT Group plc 2024 Annual General Meeting will be held as a hybrid meeting and shareholders can join via the online meeting platform or in person. The in-person meeting will take place at Hilton Manchester Deansgate, 303 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 4LQ on Thursday 11 July 2024 at 2:00pm.  For more information, please refer to the Notice and our website bt.com/agm

The Annual Report and the Notice has been posted to those shareholders who have requested hard copy documentation.
