BT Group plc Deferred Bonus Plan

As reported in BT's Annual Report 2020, the Executive Directors have agreed to defer their full annual bonus for the 2019/20 financial year into shares for a period of three years under the Deferred Bonus Plan (an increase from the requirement to defer one third of the bonus as required under the Directors' Remuneration Policy). The Executive Committee members have also agreed to do the same. Accordingly, the below sets out the grant details of the deferred share awards.
