Control Empresarial is a sociedad anónima de capital variable organised under the laws of Mexico. All outstanding voting securities of Control Empresarial are owned by Trust No. F/0125 (the "Control Trust").

Dominum is a sociedad anonima organised under the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. All outstanding voting securities of Dominum Direccion are owned by Control Empresarial.

America Movil BV is a telecom company based in Netherlands and it is wholly only subsidiary of America Movil, S.A.B. de C.V. (Mexican Public Company)

Operadora Inbursa is a sociedad anónima de capital variable organised under the laws of Mexico. Grupo Financiero Inbursa S.A.B. de C.V. ("Grupo Inbursa") owns 99.99% of the outstanding voting securities of Operadora Inbursa.

Grupo Inbursa is a sociedad anónima bursátil de capital variable organised under the laws of Mexico. The Control Trust owns 65.77% of the outstanding voting securities of Grupo Inbursa.

The Control Trust is a trust organised under the laws of Mexico. Banco Inbursa S.A., Institucion de Banca Multiple, Grupo Financiero Inbursa, Division Fiduciaria, which is a subsidiary of Grupo Financiero Inbursa, S.A.B. de C.V., is the trustee of the Control Trust. A technical committee, composed of representatives of Carlos Slim Domit, Marco Antonio Slim Domit, Patrick Slim Domit, Maria Soumaya Slim Domit, Vanessa Paola Slim Domit and Johanna Monique Slim Domit (none of whom has a controlling vote in relation to the committee), makes investment decisions for the Control Trust. On the basis of these arrangements, we do not consider the Control Trust to be controlled by any person for these purposes.
