Director Declaration

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R(2), BT Group plc makes the following notification.

Sara Weller CBE, an independent non-executive director of BT Group plc, will join the Board of Virgin Money UK PLC (Virgin Money) as a non-executive director with effect from 3 October 2022 and become a member of its Governance and Nomination Committee. Sara is appointed to the Virgin Money Board as the Representative Director of Virgin Enterprises Limited.

In addition to the Virgin Money appointment, Sara will also join the Board of Clydesdale Bank PLC, part of the Virgin Money Group, effective from 3 October 2022.
