Extension of Robert Bradshaw’s Term as Director
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, and PNGX Listing Rule 20.10, BSP Financial Group Limited (BSP) wishes to advise that the Bank of Papua New Guinea has approved the extension of Robert Bradshaw’s term as a Director until September 2027. He will continue as BSP Board Chairman until that time.
