This is in continuation to our earlier intimations dated March 30, 2025, April 9, 2025, May 9, 2025 and May 12, 2025, we hereby inform that the Board of Directors of the Company on Monday, May 26, 2025 i.e. today has allotted 27,07,52,718 Bonus Equity Shares of ₹ 2/- each in the ratio 2:1 i.e., 2 (Two) fully paid-up Equity Shares of ₹ 2/- each for every 1 (One) existing fully paid-up Equity Share of ₹ 2/- each held by those eligible Shareholders whose name appeared in the Register of Shareholders of the Company as on Friday, May 23, 2025, i.e., the Record Date fixed for this purpose.
Accordingly, the paid-up Equity Share capital of the Company has increased as follows:
