We would like to inform that BSE Technologies Private Limited (BTPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of BSE Limited, has divested its entire stake in its associate Company Ebix Insuretech Private Limited ( formerly known as BSE Ebix Insuretech Private Limited ) by entering into Share Purchase Agreement dated Tuesday, December 9, 2025.

Accordingly, Ebix Insuretech Private Limited would cease to be an associate Company of BTPL, subject to fulfilment of pre-closing obligations.
