SEBI vide letter No. SEBI/HO/MRD/RAC2/P/OW/2024/35889/1 dated November 21, 2024 (received today i.e. November 22, 2024) has granted its approval for appointment of Shri Subhasis Chaudhuri as Chairman on the Governing Board. The said appointment is effective from the date of SEBI approval letter dated November 21, 2024 i.e. today.
