In connection with the above, please also note that as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Internal code for prevention of Insider Trading, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in securities of the Company was closed from Sunday, January 1, 2023, and will remain closed till Thursday, February 9, 2023 (both days inclusive).

The notice of the said Board Meeting will also be uploaded on the Company’s website: www.bseindia.com as per Regulation 46(2)(l)(i) of the Listing Regulations.
