ASX Announcement FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Date: Friday 29 February 2008

BSA reports STRONG Revenue Growth and Profit in First Half

Declares a 3.5 cents per share Dividend

BSA Limited (ASX Code: BSA ) today reported a Net Profit after Tax of $6.4 million , (up by $1.9 million or 41.9% compared to the same period last year). Revenues increased by a significant 63.4% or $47.7 million to $122.6 million for the six months. The EBITDA result was equally as strong at $10.3 million an increase of $3.1 million or 42.9% compared to the same period last year.

Earnings per share increased to 3.59 cents per share representing an increase of 0.65 cents per share when compared to last year.

BSA has declared the largest dividend in its history of 3.5 cents per share up by 2 cents from this time last year.

The exceptional growth can be attributed to both the strategic acquisition of Triple M group of companies which installs and maintains mechanical and fire services for many of Australia’s largest building projects, combined with the continued strong performance of the core Contracting Solutions division.

BSA Managing Director Mark Foley said “we set ourselves a series of objectives at the beginning of the financial year, amongst them were, secure at least 50% market share of the OPTUS works across its entire network, secure the Telstra contract for the next 2 years, re-sign the AUSTAR contract, integrate Triple M into BSA, and seek further strategic acquisitions to continue to grow the business. I am extremely pleased to confirm, the OPTUS works, secured, the Telstra contract, secured via SILCAR, the AUSTAR contract, resigned, Triple M are well embedded into the BSA business and finally the Merger and Acquisition with Hills Industries Limited (ASX Code: HIL ) is progressing. These achievements set us up for continued strong performance”.

Mr Foley further added, “whilst each of the achievements are extremely important to our continued success, of significant importance to BSA was the signing of the SILCAR contract for the continued supply of installation and maintenance services to Telstra, this was particularly important given the market reaction to the initial news that we had not secured a contract directly with Telstra”.

BSA Chairman Brian Baldwin said, “to hit and exceed our forecast half year result has been a terrific performance, particularly given the significant tenders that were occurring in the first half year, which can take management’s focus away from managing core business activities. It is a testament to the team who continue to deliver”
