General Manager The Company Announcements Office Australian Stock Exchange Limited PO Box H224 Australia Square Sydney NSW 1215

Dear Sir/Madam,

BSA Exceeds First Half Expectations

BSA Limited (ASX Code: BSA) today announced that based on its unaudited Management Financial Statements for the six months ending 31 December 2007, the company’s EBITDA result of $10.5 million is in line with previous market guidance and is significantly up (47%) on the EBITDA result achieved for the corresponding period in the previous (2007) financial year. The NPAT result is expected to be in excess of $6 million.

BSA’s EBITDA increase on the previous corresponding period can be attributed to the strategic acquisition of Triple M group of companies which installs and maintains mechanical and fire services for many of Australia’s largest building projects.

BSA Managing Director Mark Foley said “the results are consistent with our previous guidance which included a Pro Forma 12 months of Triple M when in fact only 5 months of Triple M trading has been included in the first half”.

Mr Foley further added, “of significant importance in the first half was the signing of the SILCAR contract for the continued supply of installation and maintenance services to Telstra. This was particularly pleasing post the market reaction to the initial news that we had not secured a contract directly with Telstra. BSA is now well placed to maintain this solid performance for the second half with all major Contracting Solutions contracts locked down and a healthy forward order book in Triple M”.

Results for the six months ending 31 December 2007 are expected to be announced to the market in late February 2008.
