BSA Completes Triple M Acquisition

BSA Limited (ASX Code: BSA) announced today that the final settlement of the Triple M acquisition was completed on Thursday 1 November 2007. This concludes the process of the purchase following an extensive review conducted by both parties of the final completion accounts.

New BSA Director, Mark Lowe who joined the BSA Board in August 2007 following the acquisition said “I am pleased the “Completion Process” has been finalised without any hiccups, this is a testament to the co-operative nature in which both parties have acted since negotiations began many months ago”

BSA Managing Director, Mark Foley added, “the integration of the Triple M Group of Companies into BSA has progressed seamlessly since the acquisition on 1 August 2007 this was the final step and concludes a very thorough process carried out by all concerned”
