BSA Limited – Request for Trading Halt

The directors of BSA Limited (Company) request a trading halt pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1 in order to consider a proposal in relation to the future of the Company, including a potential acquisition and change in ownership structure.

The trading halt is requested until the commencement of trading on 5 December 2007 or until the Company makes an announcement regarding the proposal, whichever first occurs.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
