Bruton Limited (BRUT) Time charter agreement for Mount Vision

Hamilton, Bermuda, May 5, 2026

Bruton Limited is pleased to announce it has entered into a long-term

index-linked time charter contract of 3 + 1 + 1 years with an international

trading house for the Mount Vision, scheduled to be delivered from the yard in

the first half of July 2026.

The first 9 months from vessel delivery has been converted to a fixed rate of

US$95,000 per day, net.

The vessel will thereafter continue with the index linked structure from 1st

of April 2027, including scrubber benefits according to the terms of the

charter agreement.
