Solomeo, January, 8 th 2026 We hereby notify the new composition of the share capital (fully subscribed and paid up) following the change that took place as an effect of the terms of Art. 127 quinquies, paragraph 1, of the TUF, and of Art. 44 of the Consob-Banca d'Italia single measure on post-trading, and what is set out in Article 6 of the Company Bylaws (achievement of increased voting rights).
