Jan Bout leaving as member of the Supervisory Board of Brunel International N.V.

Amsterdam, 15 March 2017

Mr. Jan Bout has informed the Supervisory Board and Board of Directors of Brunel International N.V. that for reasons of his own he has decided to resign from the Brunel International N.V. Supervisory Board and lay down his duties as Chairman of the Audit Committee with immediate effect.

Mr. Jan Bout has provided the Supervisory Board with a wide range of expertise regarding finance, accounting and corporate governance of international companies. He has been a highly valued and respected member of our Supervisory Board.

The Supervisory Board and the Board of Directors would like to thank Mr. Jan Bout cordially for his service and dedicated commitment to Brunel International N.V.

Mr. Aat Schouwenaar will chair the Audit Committee until further notice.
