Amsterdam, 19 August 2016

Based on mutual agreement, Brunel International N.V. and Mr Arjan de Vries decided to part ways. A settlement was agreed on the termination of the contract for services. Based on this settlement agreement Brunel will pay an amount of € 313.410 gross to Mr De Vries.

The Supervisory Board and Board of Directors of Brunel are very grateful for his contribution to Brunel during his long career with Brunel and regret the differences of opinion regarding the operational management and strategy in recent months.

The decision has been taken to continue with a Board of Directors of two members consisting of CEO Jan Arie van Barneveld and CFO Peter de Laat.
