Maarten Schönfeld is leaving the Supervisory Board of Brunel International N.V. per November 1 st 2012. His decision was based on his desire to rearrange the composition of his portfolio that includes various activities.
Mr Schönfeld has provided the Supervisory Board with a wide range of expertise regarding finance, accounting and corporate governance of major international companies. In addition to various nonexecutive board memberships in the private sector, Schönfeld holds supervisory roles in the public sector, and he wants to rearrange his portfolio.
