N BROWN GROUP PLC - GRANT OF NIL COST OPTIONS
N Brown Group Plc ("N Brown" or the "Company"), a top 10 UK clothing & footwear digital retailer, announces that on 7 August 2023 nil cost options were granted to its Chief Executive Officer, Steve Johnson, over 1,521,300 shares and its Chief Financial Officer, Dominic Appleton, over 951,087 shares ("Awards") under the terms of the N Brown Group plc Share Plan 2023.
The number of shares placed under Award was based on the closing mid-market price for the preceding day which was 23.00 pence.
The Awards shall vest on the third anniversary of grant subject to a continued service with a two-year holding period thereafter, and are subject to a performance underpin prior to vesting.
