Red Fork Joins OTCQX®

Oklahoma based (Australian Securities Exchange listed) independent oil and gas exploration and production company, Red Fork Energy Limited (“Red Fork” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the initial quotation of its American Depositary Receipts (“ADR’s”) on the OTC Market's prestigious tier, OTCQX International.

OTC Markets Group Inc. (OTCQX: OTCM), the company that operates the world's largest electronic marketplace for OTCtraded equities, announced that Red Fork (ASX: RFE; OTCQX: RDFEY) has chosen to have its ADR’s traded on the highest tier of the OTC market, OTCQX®.

Investors can find current financial disclosure and Real-Time Level 2 quotes for the Company on www.otcmarkets.com. Red Fork trades in the United States on the OTCQX under the symbol “RDFEY”, where each ADR represents 10 ordinary shares.
