The Company currently has two Unit Drilling rigs operating in the Mississippian play with the third Unit Drilling rig to commence mid October and the fourth rig due to commence operations in January 2013.

The Electric Submersible Pump (“ESP”) on this well has been serviced and work to circulate and condition the well bore is currently underway in preparation for the resumption of production.

Tasman #1-15H Well
(Red Fork WI 92%)
The flow back of this well is proceeding as planned and the Company is encouraged by the early positive results. The well is already delivering oil and gas into the Company’s permanent production facilities. There is currently approximately 3,400 feet of fluid over the pump and casing pressure is building. This flow back profile compares favorably with that experienced on the McMurtry #1-21H well.
Bunch #1-19H Well
(Red Fork WI 94.9%)
A change to the reservoir stimulation schedule has seen this well moved up ahead of the McMurtry #1-22H well and reservoir stimulation operations are now underway on this well.
McMurtry #1-22H Well (Red Fork WI 59.2%)
This well is awaiting completion. Reservoir stimulation operations are expected to be conducted during October.

This well is awaiting completion. Reservoir stimulation operations are expected to be conducted towards the end of October.
State #1-13H Well
(Red Fork WI 50%)
This well is awaiting completion.
Warburton #1-23H Well
(Red Fork WI 61.5%)
This well is currently at a measured depth of 5,254 feet. The curve was successfully landed approximately 80 feet below the top of the Mississippi Lime as planned and current operations include logging and casing prior to commencement of drilling of the lateral section.

Mawson #1-3H Well
(Red Fork WI 100%)
This well is drilling ahead in the curve at a measured depth of approximately 5,340 feet. The top of the Mississippi Lime was intersected at 4,645' feet (total vertical depth).
