The Company advises that on 29 October 2007, the following securities will be released from escrow:

5,890,000 fully paid ordinary shares 9,912,500 options, exercisable at 20 cents on or before 30 April 2009 (unlisted)

The Company will apply to ASX for quotation of the fully paid ordinary shares so released.
