Resignation of Non-Executive Director

The Board of Red Fork Energy Limited (“Red Fork” or the “Company”) advises that Mr. Steve Miller stands down as a Director of the Company effective today.

The Board of Directors and staff express their sincere gratitude to Steve for the extremely valuable contribution he his made as a Director over the last 3 years.

The Company hereby advises that Mr. Miller’s re-election as a Director as detailed in Resolution 3 of the Company’s Notice of Meeting dated 23 October 2013 is being withdrawn from its Annual General Meeting to be held on 23 November 2012.
