Employee Benefit Trust Dealings

The Company was notified by RBC cees Trustee Limited, as trustees of the Brooks Macdonald Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT"), that on the 27 November 2018 the EBT transferred 3,483 ordinary shares of one pence in the Company to meet an employee's awards under the 2015 Long Term Incentive Schemes (the "Scheme").

Following this transfer the EBT now holds 225,703 ordinary shares, representing 1.62 % of the Company's current voting rights.

The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees of the Company and its subsidiaries, who have been granted awards under the Schemes.
