Exercise of options

The Company has received notice that, on 5 April 2018, an employee exercised options over a total of 355 ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company's existing Long Term Incentive Scheme ("LTIS").

No new Ordinary Shares have been issued to satisfy the LTIS awards. Following the exercise of options, the Brooks Macdonald Group Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT") has transferred 355 ordinary shares to satisfy the awards. Following this transfer the EBT now holds 174,344 ordinary shares, representing 1.26% of the Company's current voting rights.
