Exercise of Options

The Company has received notice that, on 28 November 2017, an employee has exercised options over a total of 1,298 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in accordance with the rules, and due to the maturation, of the Barclays Sharesave Scheme 2014. 

Pursuant to the exercise of these options, the Company has made an application today to the London Stock Exchange for 1,298 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 4 December 2017.

Following this notification, the Company has 13,829,644 Ordinary Shares in issue.
