Exercise of Options

The Company has received notice that, on 8 February 2016, an employee exercised options over 341 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in accordance with the rules of the Barclays Sharesave Scheme 2012.

Pursuant to the exercise of these options, the Company has made an application to the London Stock Exchange for 341 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 16 February 2016.

Following this notification, the Company has 13,664,326 Ordinary Shares in issue.
