Exercise of Options

The Company has received notice that, on 21 November, certain employees exercised share options in accordance with the rules of the Company's Long Term Incentive Scheme ("LTIS").

No new ordinary shares have been issued to satisfy the LTIS awards. Following the exercise of options by the LTIS award holders, the Brooks Macdonald Group Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT") has transferred 1,635 ordinary shares to satisfy the awards. Following this transfer the EBT now holds 215,992 ordinary shares, representing 1.6% of the Company's current voting rights.
