Exercise of Options

The Company has received notice that, on 19 June 2014, a number of employees exercised options over 7,741 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in accordance with the rules of the Barclays Sharesave Scheme 2011.

As part of the exercise Chris Macdonald, a director of the Company, will receive 985 Ordinary Shares. Following this transaction Chris Macdonald's beneficial interest in the Company is 828,874 Ordinary Shares representing 6.1% of the Company's issued share capital.

Pursuant to the exercise of these options, the Company has made application to the London Stock Exchange for 7,741 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 26 June 2014.

Following this notification, the Company has 13,592,175 Ordinary Shares in issue.
