Exercise of Options

The Company has received notice that, on 27 September 2013, an employee exercised options over an aggregate 308 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in accordance with the rules of the Barclays Sharesave Scheme 2012.

Pursuant to the exercise of these options, the Company has made application to the London Stock Exchange for 308 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 3 October 2013.

Following this notification, the Company has 13,350,322 Ordinary Shares in issue.
