Exercise of Options

The Company has received notice that, on 7 June 2013, a number of its employees exercised options over an aggregate 13,750 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in accordance with the rules of the Enterprise Management Scheme and 45,622 Ordinary Shares under the Sharesave Scheme.

Pursuant to the exercise of these options, the Company has made application to the London Stock Exchange for 59,372 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 13 June 2013.

Following this notification, the Company has 13,338,680 Ordinary Shares in issue.
