Grant of SAYE

The Company announces that as part of its approved Save As You Earn ("SAYE") Scheme the following options to subscribe for ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company were granted on 15 May 2024.

Under the Company's 2024 SAYE Scheme ("2024 SAYE"), which was made available to all Group employees, a total of 119 employees applied to participate, resulting in the grant of options to subscribe for an aggregate of 63,603 ordinary shares ("2024 SAYE Options").

The 2024 SAYE Options each have an exercise price, calculated in accordance with the rules of scheme, of £14.62 representing a discount of 20% to the mid-market closing price on 16 April 2024, being the last practicable day prior to the invitation to participate in the 2024 SAYE being made.  Subject to the rules of the 2024 SAYE, participants will be able to exercise their 2024 SAYE options within the 6 months commencing from 1 June 2027.
