Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company was informed that on 25 June 2020 Caroline Connellan, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, exercised awards over 7,458 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") granted under the 2010 Brooks Macdonald Long Term Incentive Scheme (the "LTIS") and over 3,287 Shares granted under the 2018 Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP").  Following the exercise, 3,507 of the LTIS Shares and 1,546 of the LTIP Shares were sold at a price of 1650p per share to meet the income tax and National Insurance liabilities due.

To satisfy the exercise of the awards, 10,745 Shares were transferred from the Brooks Macdonald Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT"). The Company was notified by RBC cees Trustee Limited, as trustees of the EBT, that following this transfer the EBT now holds 408,132 Shares, representing 2.53% of the Company's total voting rights.
