Employee Benefit Trust Dealings

The Company was notified by RBC cees Trustee Limited, as trustees of the Brooks Macdonald Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT"), that on the 19 June 2018 the EBT transferred 4,518 ordinary shares of one pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to meet an employee's awards under the 2010, 2013 and 2014 Long Term Incentive Schemes (the "Schemes").

Following this transfer the EBT now holds 164,582 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.18% of the Company's current voting rights.

The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees of the Company and its subsidiaries, who have been granted awards under the Schemes.
