Exercise of Options
The Company has received notice that, on 21 December 2017, employees have exercised options over a total of 760 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Barclays Sharesave Scheme 2015 / 2016.
Pursuant to the exercise of these options, the Company has made an application today to the London Stock Exchange for 760 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 3 January 2017.
Following this notification, the Company has 13,831,491 Ordinary Shares in issue.
