On 13 August 2020 Artemis Investment Management LLP notified the Company that its percentage holding in the ordinary shares of the Company, with a nominal value of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), became 5.94% on 12 August 2020, after it had sold certain Ordinary Shares.
