Employee Benefit Trust Dealings

The Company was notified on 29 October 2018 by RBC cees Trustee Limited as trustees of the Brooks Macdonald Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT"), that the EBT transferred 10,749 ordinary shares of one pence in the Company to meet employee awards under the 2015 Long Term Incentive Scheme (the "Schemes").

The EBT then purchased 7,288 ordinary shares of one pence in the Company.

Following this transfer the EBT now holds 161,121 ordinary shares, representing 1.16% of the Company's current voting rights.

The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees of the Company and its subsidiaries, who have been granted awards under the Schemes.
