Brooks Macdonald Group plc (the "Company"), the AIM listed integrated wealth management group, today announces that, as expected, it has acquired the entire issued share capital of Levitas Investment Management Services Limited, pursuant to the exercise of the Call Option granted under the Put and Call Option Agreement dated 19 December 2013 (and originally announced on 20 December 2013).
