The Company announces that as part of its approved Save As You Earn ("SAYE") Scheme the following options to subscribe for ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company were granted on 11 May 2023.

Under the Company's 2023 SAYE Scheme ("2023 SAYE"), which was made available to all Group employees, a total of 247 employees, including two PDMRs, have applied to participate, resulting in the grant of options to subscribe for an aggregate of 161,518 Ordinary Shares ("2023 SAYE Options").

The 2023 SAYE Options each have an exercise price, calculated in accordance with the rules of scheme, of £14.34 (representing a discount of 20% to the mid-market closing price on 13 April 2023), being the last practicable day prior to the invitation to participate in the 2023 SAYE being made.  Subject to the rules of the 2023 SAYE, participants will be able to exercise their 2023 SAYE options within 6 months commencing from 1 June 2026.

Pursuant to the 2023 SAYE, Andrew Shepherd and Robin Eggar, PDMRs of the Company applied to participate, and have each been granted 2023 SAYE Options in the amount of 1,255 shares.
