On 13 May 2020, options were granted under the Brooks Macdonald Group plc Sharesave Plan ('the Sharesave Plan'). The 2020 three-year Sharesave Plan options matured on 1 June 2023. Robin Eggar, Managing Director, Head of UK Investment Management and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility, and Richard Hughes, CEO International and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility, each notified the Company that on 1 June 2023 they exercised options to acquire 1,535 ordinary shares at a price of £11.72 per share following the maturity of the Sharesave Plan.
