Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that as part of its approved Save As You Earn ("SAYE") Scheme the following options to subscribe for ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company were granted on 11 May 2021.

Under the Company's 2021 SAYE Scheme (the "2021 SAYE"), which was made available to all Group employees, a total of 114 employees, including one PDMR, have applied to participate, resulting in the grant of options to subscribe for an aggregate of 55,346 Ordinary Shares (the "2021 SAYE Options").

The 2021 SAYE Options each have an exercise price, calculated in accordance with the rules of scheme, of £17.04 (representing a discount of 20% to the mid-market closing price on 19 April 2021), being the last practicable day prior to the invitation to participate in the 2021 SAYE being made).  Subject to the rules of 2021 SAYE, participants will be able to exercise their 2021 SAYE options within 6 months commencing from 1 June 2024.

Pursuant to the 2021 SAYE, Lynsey Cross, a PDMR of the Company applied to participate, and has been granted 2021 SAYE Options in the amount of 1,056 shares.
