Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company was informed that on 16 October 2020 Caroline Connellan, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, exercised awards over 5,309 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") granted under the 2018 Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP") as deferred bonus share awards in 2018 and 2019.  Following the exercise, 2,497 of the LTIP Shares were sold at a price of 1573p per share to meet the income tax and National Insurance liabilities due.

To satisfy the exercise of the awards, 5,309 Shares were transferred from the Brooks Macdonald Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT"). The Company was notified by RBC cees Trustee Limited, as trustees of the EBT, that following this transfer the EBT now holds 511,801 Shares, representing 3.17% of the Company's total voting rights.

In addition, on 19 October 2020 Caroline Connellan, transferred via sale and purchase, 1,150 Shares.  She sold 1,150 Shares at the price of 1632p per Share from an account in her own name and bought 1,150 Shares at a price of 1635p per Share to be held in her ISA.
