The Company was informed that on 17 September 2020 Tom Emery, HR Director of the Company, exercised awards over 972 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") granted under the 2018 Brooks Macdonald Deferred Bonus Plan and subsequently sold those shares at a price of £17.775 per share.

To satisfy the exercise of the awards, 972 Shares were transferred from the Brooks Macdonald Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT"). The Company was notified by RBC cees Trustee Limited, as trustees of the EBT, that following this transfer the EBT now holds 478,637 Shares, representing 2.97% of the Company's total voting rights.
