Employee Benefit Trust Dealings

The Company was notified on 21 November 2018 by RBC cees Trustee Limited as trustees of the Brooks Macdonald Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT"), that the EBT transferred 697 ordinary shares of one pence in the Company to meet employee awards under the 2015 and 2016 Long Term Incentive Schemes (the "Schemes").

The EBT then purchased 49 ordinary shares of one pence in the Company.

Following this transfer the EBT now holds 192,510 ordinary shares, representing 1.38% of the Company's current voting rights.

The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees of the Company and its subsidiaries, who have been granted awards under the Schemes.
