The Company has received notice that on 11 April 2018, Nick Holmes, a PDMR, exercised 4,274 share awards of ordinary shares under the Company's Long Term Incentive Scheme ("LTIS").  A Notification of Dealing Form for the PDMR can be found below.

No new ordinary shares have been issued to satisfy the LTIS award.  Following this transfer the EBT now holds 169,620 ordinary shares, representing 1.23% of the Company's current voting rights.

The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees of the Company and its subsidiaries, who have been granted awards under the Scheme.

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
