Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company has received notice that, on 20 March 2018 and 21 March 2018, employees, including certain PDMRs (Chris Macdonald and Caroline Connellan - see detail below), exercised options over a total of 11,920 ordinary shares under the Company's existing Long Term Incentive Scheme ("LTIS").

No new ordinary shares have been issued to satisfy the LTIS awards. Following the exercise of options, the Brooks Macdonald Group Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT") has transferred 11,920 ordinary shares to satisfy the awards. Following this transfer the EBT now holds 174,841 ordinary shares, representing 1.3% of the Company's current voting rights.
