Exercise of Options and PDMR Dealings

The Company has received notice that, on 27 September 2017, a PDMR, Simon Wombwell, exercised share options in accordance with the rules of the 2012 and 2013 LTIS scheme. In addition, an employee exercised share options in accordance with the rules of the 2010 LTIS scheme.

No new ordinary shares have been issued to satisfy the LTIS awards. Following the exercise of options, the Brooks Macdonald Group Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT") has transferred 7,782 ordinary shares to satisfy the awards. Following this transfer the EBT now holds 235,683 ordinary shares, representing 1.71% of the Company's current voting rights.
