Exercise of Options

The Company has received notice that, on 22 September 2017, employees (including a PDMR - see below) exercised options over a total of 7,548 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in accordance with the rules, and due to the maturation, of the Barclays Sharesave Scheme 2014 and the Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme 2007. 

Pursuant to the exercise of these options, the Company has made an application today to the London Stock Exchange for 7,548 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 2 October 2017.

Following this notification, the Company has 13,803,075 Ordinary Shares in issue.
