The Company has received notice that on 13 June 2013, Richard Spencer, a director of the Company, sold 3,000 Ordinary Shares from his SIPP and purchased 3,000 Ordinary Shares in his personal shareholding at a price of 1,425 pence per Ordinary Share. Following these dealings, Richard Spencer's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 773,353 Ordinary Shares representing 5.79% of the Company's issued share capital.
